We take utmost care in packaging and delivering them safely to your doorstep. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help!
Since our products are personal care and hygiene items, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received a wrong item, damaged product, or defective packaging.
The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If the above conditions are met, we’ll be happy to replace the product or offer a store credit/refund as per our policy.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Used or opened products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Products purchased during promotional sales or discount offers
This is to ensure product hygiene and customer safety.
Step 1: Write to us at support@glovedaa.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting images (if applicable).
Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Step 3: If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the item back to us.
Step 4: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as store credit/coupon within 5–7 business days after inspection.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a store credit or process a bank transfer once bank details are shared.
Shipping and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If your package arrives damaged or missing an item:
Please email us immediately at support@glovedaa.com with a photo of the package and product.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them on www.Glovedaa.com, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
